Alecia has been married for 19 years to her husband Nick and together they have 10 children, 1 on the way, and 3 in heaven. Alecia is a military veteran turned SAH homeschooling mom and has been homeschooling for the past 12 years. Alecia currently runs a cottage law bakery selling bread and facilitating workshops. Alecia is a Catholic marriage coach and will receive her certification from Metanoia Catholic this coming spring. Alecia has volunteered for homeschooling co-ops, various church ministries, and spoken at conferences, retreats and fundraisers. Alecia loves to make homemade bread, paddleboard, visit and have coffee with friends, hike, and play board games. Serving on the Desert Blossom team has been a rewarding experience because you get to witness the transformation in so many people’s lives, it’s truly inspiring to see the work that God is doing.

Jenny has been married for 26 years to her husband Steve and they have 4 adult children. Jenny has lived out her vocation as a SAHM for the past 24 years, and homeschooled for 18 of those years. As of this past fall, Jenny is working as a tutor at Regina Caeli Academy. She has volunteered with VBS over the years and is currently assisting with CCD for the first graders at her parish. Jenny loves to read and enjoys grabbing coffee and visiting with friends. Jenny loves serving on the Desert Blossom team because she loves being a part of something that has the potential to forever alter the course of a person’s marriage. Standing for marriage inspires her and she loves serving alongside like-minded women.

Kelly has been married for 14 years to her husband John and together they have 3 children. Kelly has a Bachelor’s in English and has taken graduate level courses in organizational leadership. She is certified in Clifton Strengths, Facilitation, and Belbin Team Dynamics and works in HR and also does Executive & Leadership Coaching/Development. Kelly has volunteered for COGS at her parish and currently manages a hiking club for moms in her neighborhood. Kelly loves to walk her dog, do strength training and exercise/stretching, dine out for lunch, read, and get facials and massages. Kelly enjoys serving on the Desert Blossom team because she loves the genuine, authentic relationships and the growth that she has seen as a wife and mother. She is a better version of herself than she was before she joined Desert Blossom and her husband is delighted by this! It is a blessing for her to share this gift with others and use her God-given talents to further the mission

Vicki has been married to her husband for 30 years and they have 12 children. Vicki has a BSN and worked for almost 25 years as RN in pediatrics & NICU. She was awarded and recognized as a Pediatric Nurse. She became a SAHM before their 6th child. She now homeschools her 5 youngest children. Vicki leads a homeschool co-op with other fabulous Catholic homeschooling families. She loves to craft, scrapbook, and make things with her Cricut. She loves being in nature and her newest love is paddleboarding! Vicki loves serving on the Desert Blossom team because she loves meeting other Catholic women who strive to live their vocation according to our Catholic faith and forming a safe space to share and encourage one another on our journey. She is so grateful to be a part of this group!
Group Facilitator: West Mesa/Tempe
Devan has been married to her husband John for 10 years and they have 3 children. Devan has a Bachelors of Science in Family Studies and Human Development and is currently a homeschooling stay at home mom. She helps facilitate a Co-op for her local Catholic Homeschool community and is also the Troop Shepard for her daughter’s American Heritage Girls troop. She loves reading a great book and has a few she'll go back to when she wants to feel good. She also enjoys watching Romantic movies. Devan loves wine tasting, getting a massage, going hiking and recently took up crochet with Woobles kits. She really enjoys the community we are building and loves hearing different perspectives, different challenges and the encouragement we give to one another.
